Growth begins when we step into unfamiliar territory, through the open door, out into the universe.
Whether it's relocating, starting a new role, or exploring a new field—progress comes from gaining knowledge though the exercise of curiosity and courage.
Nowhere is this truer than with artificial intelligence.
AI can feel overwhelming—complex, fast-moving, and limitless. Some will use that fear to manipulate or confuse. But we have another option: to engage, to learn, and to lead.
We can use AI to:
Educate ourselves, and others
Understand its risks and rewards as we gain insights
Unlock a tool that can save time, simplify work, and improve the quality of our lives in so many different ways
Like every major advancement in history, it will take time and effort. But as fear of the dark fades with the application of light fear of what AI can do to us fades as we learn what AI can do for us.
Knowledge is power. Attitude is everything. AI is here to stay.
Let’s stop fearing AI, start learning about AI and start using AI—on our own terms, with good intention, and as a powerful tool for the next step we choose to take.
